MTC Refund Policy

  1. 1. Refunds for Unused Data Plans

    You can request a full refund if:

    • The eSIM has not been installed, or
    • The eSIM is installed but the data plan has not been activated.
  2. 2. Refunds for Activated Data Plans

    If your data plan is activated, a full refund is not guaranteed. However, we may consider a full or partial refund if:

    • You have used less than 2% of the data, or
    • You experienced service issues directly related to MTC eSIM.

    Refunds in these cases are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

  3. 3. When Refunds Will Be Refused

    We may deny a refund if:

    • There is evidence of abuse, such as repeated refund requests.
    • Our Terms of Service have been violated.
  4. 4. Refund Request Period

    You must request a refund within 90 days of purchasing your data plan. No refunds are issued once the plan's validity period has expired.

  5. 5. Refund Process

    • We’ll review your request within 4 working days.
    • If approved, the refund will be issued by us within 15 calendar days. It may take your bank longer to clear the funds.
  6. 6. Special Offers & Campaigns

    Different rules may apply during promotions or referral programs. In case of a conflict between those terms and this policy, this Refund Policy will take priority.
